Quality control, sorting and rework
Guided by the mandate of our clients, we undertake the control, selection and reparation of the mechanical or functional defected semi-finished and finished products. The work can be done either at the customer’s premise or at our premise as well.
We undertake:
- global selection and documentation of defective and non-defective units, according to specified parameters
- rework of the selected defective units, according to certain specification and technology (soldering)
- testing of the units, as required
We have protected ESD work benches where we monitor and repair PCBs.

During our work we pay close attention to our clients’ processes and habits, and we lay emphasis on meeting deadlines. Our goal is to take the load off our partners’ shoulders and guarantee a stable and cost-effective solution to their problems. According to the needs of our partners we undertake the pick-up and return, the marking and labeling and the testing of the goods. We take on the preparation of complete documentation of the products as well.
